Dina Meyer is an New York native who was born within Forest Hills Queens. She made the move into Dix Hills Long Island just after she completed her senior high school. Her two brothers are Gregory, her elder brother as well as Evan. Her first experience in the industry of entertainment was as she was modeling between the ages of nine and sixteen. She started her acting training in The Neighborhood Playhouse in New York in which she learned the acting skills of Sanford Meisner, in conjunction with Ron Stetson, for about three years.
